tv_icontests. This week's challenge is NCIS. If you would like to try to make icons from different TV shows, then join and play. It is quite challenging!
This is how I roll. I participate in lots of icon challenges. And, I vote in lots where I haven't entered. I am pretty liberal when voting but there are a few things in icons that just won't get my vote.
