I totally understand that. I have icons I think are great and then nothing. There were some I submitted at sg1_lims that I loved and they got zero votes.

sg1_lims is a tough audience. There are certain people with an agenda that makes a small flaw a deal breaker. In some ways I don't care if it is positive or negative vote as long as I caused a reaction. Sometimes in contests I have to decide whether I want to do a marketing experiment and see if I can win - even if I don't even like the icon I make - or just make one I like. Both are fun and I don't take winning or losing personally But, I am more fond of certain icons than others that I have made.

Oh I hear ya. sg1_lims is tough but I think lantis_lims is tougher. I'm usually kicked off after the first challenge or two. I'm pretty much the same way about the votes too. It just sucked when you get no reaction either way. I love feedback.
