You could probably do several of these things! A slow-cooker cake sounds very interesting- like in a Crock Pot? I haven't heard of making one that way.
I am cooking a pineapple upside down cake in the Crock Pot right now. If it turns out OK, do you want the recipe? Sure smells good (but isn't really any different than making it in the oven!).
